Karelia and Kolarctic cross-border cooperation programmes that are funded by the European Union are organising international seminars in Oulu. The objective of the events is to bring together projects and people interested in Forests and Waste mangement and Circular Economy to highlight project results and discuss the future needs and opportunities.
