The Interreg Nord project Rampen/Ramppi has worked across the border to reduce the gap between the youth in the cities of Haparanda and Tornio. The project has increased the youths contact network and encouraged them to seek employment, education and leisure activities on both sides of the border in order to gain access to a wider education and labor market.
