The Interreg Nord project EEBAK – ”Improving Energy Efficiency in Arctic Buildings” aims to increase cross-border exchange in energy efficiency knowledge and experience from experts to municipalities in the arctic region. The municipalities in the northernmost parts of Norway, Finland and Sweden face similar challenges, which are different from the southern parts of the countries.
